Relational Field Radio is where I talk through patterns I keep seeing in relationships, dating, family, work, friendship, community, coaching, and self-help spaces.
It is for people who are often the first to notice when something is off -- and then somehow end up being the person who has to explain it, make it make sense, soothe everybody, hold the context, or repair the whole thing.
These are not generic communication tips.
They are for people who have spent a long time wondering whether they are too sensitive, too attached, too analytical, too much, or incapable of letting things go -- when they may be tracking something real that nobody else has language for.
The point is not to make you less relational.
It is to help you see what is happening before you automatically make yourself responsible for fixing all of it.
More videos will be added here as I make them.
Why explaining yourself more does not always create more understanding.
What happens when someone needs your care but cannot really receive your reality.
The urge to explain, soothe, fix, provide insight, or manage the vibe when something feels off.
The difference between someone being warm and someone being able to meet you.
Why clear communication does not automatically create mutuality.
Who is carrying the context, doing the emotional labor, receiving the credit, and absorbing the cost.
What changes when you stop automatically giving people the whole map.
How to build relationships, work, and communities where your relational intelligence is not just free labor.
When people depend on you but do not include you.
The difference between being invited into relationship and being assigned a function.
When competence gets treated as endless availability.
Being called the truth teller -- and punished for telling the truth.
Why “you need too much processing” can erase the original problem.
The responsible one is not always the valued one.
What happens when you cannot locate your own preference because you are busy tracking everyone else’s.
How to tell whether someone has the capacity, willingness, and curiosity to meet you.
When you are asked to lead without being allowed authority.
What changes when you stop automatically offering what the room has learned to expect from you.
Comments are turned off on purpose.
I want these videos to be a place where you can recognize something, sit with it, talk to someone you trust, or decide what you want to do next -- not another place where people are expected to process their entire relational life in public.
If you want support with a specific pattern, you can learn about Relational Field Mapping or send an inquiry.
